Limited is the wholly-owned subsidiary of KGI Securities Co., Ltd. and the
investment banking arm of KGI Group in Hong Kong. To offer its customers

established Sinpac Securities (HK) Company Limited in Hong Kong to start the

(HK) Company Limited has undergone a series of restructuring and was renamed

KGI Securities Co., Ltd. in Taiwan and the strength of KGI Group brokerage
platform in the Asia Pacific region, KGI Capital Asia Limited is expanding
aggressively in the investment banking business and strives to become one of
the best investment banking firms for corporations in the Greater China
