KGI Bank reported profit after-tax of NT624 million in June, primarily driven by stable contributions from core income interest income and fee income. The overall deposit and loan scale also maintained growth, boosting cumulative profit after-tax to NT3.379 billion for the first half of the year. KGI Securities benefited from the continued rally in the Taiwan stock market and robust trading activity, delivering solid performance across its brokerage, proprietary trading, and underwriting businesses. Its profit after-tax in June was NT1.003 billion, with cumulative profit after-tax reaching NT3.710 billion for the first half of the year. CDIB saw increase in its investment portfolio valuation, achieving an profit after-tax of NT345 million in June, and bringing its cumulative profit after-tax for the first six months to NT117 million.

KGI Financial Holdings stated that the constantly turbulent international political and economic landscape, including adjustments in response to U.S. tariff policies, volatility of global financial market, and exchange rate fluctuations, present challenges and uncertainties to the market. KGI Financial Holdings will continue to refine its risk control mechanisms, focus on core operations, and comprehensively implement the "ONE KGI" strategy to strengthen resource integration and synergy among subsidiaries, driving overall growth momentum and advancing towards sustainable development.
