James brings over 40 years of expertise in distribution and retail, spearheading transformative innovations and operational excellence at 7-Eleven Taiwan. His achievements include pioneering the first integrated store information system, creating the world’s first franchise transportation fleet, and introducing an unprecedented O2O model that seamlessly connects e-commerce with in-store pickup and payment. He also collaborated with Chunghwa Telecom to streamline bill payment processes using barcode systems.
As the CEO of 85°C, James drove brand upgrades, international expansion, supply chain optimization, and store quality enhancements.
Later, as Vice Chairman and CEO of PX Mart, he launched innovative initiatives such as "PX Pay" and "PXGo!" to establish a comprehensive OMO ecosystem. He also developed a precision marketing platform with over 12 million members and optimized the fresh food supply chain.
In recent years, James has dedicated his efforts to 2nd-generation business succession and corporate transformation, mentoring Taiwanese enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.
