Achievements
During Mr.Shen's tenure as Vice Premier of Executive Yuan and Minister of Economic Affairs, he advocated industrial transformation and energy transition, building Taiwan into 4 major centers of high-end manufacturing, advanced semiconductor processes, high-tech R&D, and green energy development, as well boosted 3 major "Invest in Taiwan" schemes to attract more than NTD 2.2 trillion of investment by 2024, laying the foundation for Taiwan's recent economic growth and future development.

· Co-Convener of Strategic Industrial International Cooperation, Office of the President, R.O.C.(Taiwan): Assisted the President in planning the international layout of Taiwan's next-generation strategic industries.
· Chairman of Taiwan Financial Holdings: Lead Taiwan Life Insurance to adjust its business strategy, turning losses into profits; the group's pre-tax net profit also achieved the best performance since its establishment.
Consolidating Semiconductor Industry, Expanding Diversified Sectors
· Vice Premier of Executive Yuan: Boosted the development of the Taiwanese semiconductor industry, including removing investment obstacles, facilitating advanced manufacturing processes, and establishing a local semiconductor industry ecosystem.
