Tyzz-Jiun Duh has over 20 year experience in the industrial development planning, technology research and administration. He is one of the key persons to facilitate the transformation and investment of important high-tech and traditional industries in Taiwan.
Tyzz-Jiun Duh served in many important government posts including the Chairman of the National Development Fund, Executive Yuan, where he led teams of investment professionals responsible for managing portfolios to serve the country’s industrial development needs.

· Tyzz-Jiun Duh is an Independent Director of KGI Financial (Former CDF), CDIB Capital Group, USI Corporation, Macronix International Co. Ltd. and Walsin Lihwa Corporation.
· Tyzz-Jiun Duh served as a part-time associate professor of the Graduate Institute of Business Administration at Soochow University, Chinese Cultural University and Shih Chien University.
· Tyzz-Jiun Duh also served as the Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan and the Convener of the National Information & Communication Security Taskforce (NICST), in command of the overarching promotion of information security among domestic government agencies. He has a solid background in information security. Convened by the Vice Premier, the NICST consists of a Vice Convener, a Minister without Portfolio of the Yuan, one specified Minister, a Co-Vice Convener, one advisory committee member of the National Security Council, and scholars and experts of the domain. The National Information & Communication Security Taskforce is composed of a cyberspace protection system and a cybercrime investigative system, in charge of the coordination and policy making of the information and communication security in Taiwan. In 2016, Tyzz-Jiun Duh served as its chief.
